About Cserv Labs

Cserv Labs is a US-based software company building AI tools for customer service. We make software that helps small businesses handle their support inbox without hiring extra staff or tolerating bad experiences for their customers.

What we do

We build three things:

• Inbox Copilot — a subscription tool that drafts replies to support email in your voice.
• FAQ Builder — a one-time service that turns your past tickets and docs into a polished help center.
• White-Glove Setup — a service engagement for teams that want Cserv fully configured without doing the wiring themselves.

Our approach

We believe AI belongs in the draft, not in the send button. Every Cserv product leaves a human in the loop by default. You review, you edit, you ship. If you want to flip on full automation later, that's a deliberate choice you make in settings — never the default.

How we handle your data

Short version: we process as little of it as we need, we don't train public models on your email, and we delete what we don't need within 30 days. The long version is in our Privacy Policy.
